These Reusable Food Pouches help to make snack time easier and are perfect for filling with yoghurt, smoothies, purees, custard, baby food and more.

Designed to be reused again and again, these colourful pouches let you portion homemade food while knowing exactly what’s inside, whilst the transparent design also makes it easy to see inside when cleaning.

Using the pouches also helps to reduce single-use packaging and can save money by making it easy to buy in bulk and portion food at home.

To Use:

  • Wash before first use
  • Ensure the lid is tightly fastened
  • Fully open the bottom gusset before filling
  • Fill to the marked maximum fill line
  • Seal the ziplock securely before use


Care:

  • Wash with warm, soapy water after use
  • Open the bottom gusset fully when cleaning
  • Use a cleaning brush to reach the base, corners and spout
  • Allow pouch to dry completely with the gusset held open before storing


Safety:

  • Each pouch includes one white anti-choke child-safe lid
  • Always ensure the lid and zip seal are securely fastened before use
  • Inspect regularly and discontinue use if damaged

We offer FREE local delivery on orders over $75 across Newcastle and Lake Macquarie.

To ensure we can continue providing a fast and reliable service as demand grows, local deliveries are now fulfilled via either:

  • babytaxi, or
  • Australia Post Express Post

In stock items are delivered within 1–2 business days.

This updated approach allows us to group deliveries by area - helping us get your order to you as efficiently as possible.

Our Newcastle Delivery area is south to Swansea, north to Stockton and west to Toronto.

Choose the shipping method Local Delivery - Newcastle + Lake Macquarie at checkout, for orders over $75.00, within the postcode range 2280 - 2309 to receive FREE delivery.

A discounted flat rate delivery fee of $6.95 will apply for local orders less than $75.00, within the postcode range 2280 - 2309.

We provides a flat rate delivery of $9.95 Australia wide, via Australia Post, with FREE DELIVERY for all orders over $150.00.

In-stock items ship within 1–2 business days.

We are currently only shipping within Australia, and are not providing International Shipping

Delivery Terms

  • Orders ship within 1-2 business days from when payment is received
  • If there is an issue with any items in your order, we will contact you via email or text, prior to dispatch
  • An email update will be sent once your package has been dispatched
  • Australia Post packages will contain a tracking number to track the delivery
  • babytaxi deliveries will not have a tracking number/reference, but will be delivered in the afternoon, after store closing time (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you have submitted with the order - we cannot be held responsible if that delivery address is incorrect.
  • Any orders returned to us, due to an incorrect delivery address or unclaimed through the post office, will be refunded for the product component only.
Return Options


If for any reason a product is unsuitable, please return the item within 30 days and we will provide an exchange or refund of the purchase price. Postage and handling charges are not refundable.

To return or exchange an item, please contact us via email at sales@babyshop.com.au with the following information when requesting to return an item:

- Order number
- Product name
- Reason for return
- Return for replacement, exchange or refund

We will provide you with return instructions for where to send the package.

All returned products must be in their original sale condition (unused or soiled) with all packaging, tags, labels, manuals and registration cards still attached and included.

Please ensure that returned products are repackaged with care, so that they are in a suitable condition to be re-sold.

Returns of purchases made in store must have a receipt if a refund is required. If no receipt is provided, proof of purchase from our store is required, and an exchange only will be offered.

Please note, there are several types of goods that are exempt from being returned:

- Perishable goods (e.g. food)
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Health or personal care items (especially if they have been opened or unsealed)
- Gift cards/vouchers
- Books, CDs, DVDs (which have been unsealed or show obvious signs of use)

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if items are returned used, soiled or damaged.

Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment.

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us and we will provide separate instructions for return, refund or replacement. Please email sales@babyshop.com.au for details before sending the product back to us, as some manufacturers may prefer to deal directly with the customer for their quality control and warranty purposes.
