FAQs

Our baby Gift Registry is powered by MyRegistry, a universal registry platform that lets you create one easy list and share it with family and friends - perfect for baby showers, welcoming a new baby or preparing for your little one’s arrival.

Yes, creating and using your baby registry is completely free.

Simply click Create a Registry above and follow the prompts to set up your account.
Once it’s created, you can start adding items straight away and manage everything online anytime.

Browse our website and choose the products you love, then click the Add To Registry button on the product page
(you’ll find it under the Add To Cart button).

Definitely - you can create registries at multiple stores and sync them into one master list using MyRegistry - your guests will then be able to shop from the one simple, shareable registry.

Once your registry is set up, you can share it in a few easy ways, including:

* A shareable link (URL)
* Email or digital cards
* Social media sharing options

Your guests can also search for your registry by name (if you’ve set it to public).

Yes, you can choose whether your registry is:

* Public (searchable by name) or
* Private (only accessible to people you share it with)

These settings can also be changed and updated at anytime in your gift registry settings.

You’ll receive a notification when a gift is purchased.
You can also view purchased items inside your registry account, so it’s easy to keep track.

Yes - your guests can choose to have gifts shipped to your nominated address (or to themselves, depending on what suits them).

You can add or update your delivery details anytime in your registry profile/settings.

Yes - if someone buys a gift in person (or elsewhere), they can still mark it as purchased in the gift registry, so it doesn’t get bought twice.

There’s no perfect number - but we would recommend adding a good variety of essentials across different price points - that way all guests can choose something that suits their budget.

No problem, this can happen sometimes - if you need to return or exchange an item, our standard Returns and Refunds policy applies.

Yes - you can create more than one registry if you’d like (for example, one for a baby shower and another for baby’s arrival or for future milestones).

First, check whether your registry is set to private - if it is, guests won’t be able to search for it by name.
If you’re still stuck, reach out to us and we’ll by happy to help you sort it out.
