Description

This Neuwborne Baby Thermos Bottle is designed specifically for formula feeding and features an LED temperature display and safety light system, for hassle-free and safe formula feeding on the go.

The smart lid has an inbuilt thermometer, that not only provides a safety light system (orange, green and red) but also features an LED temperature display, ensuring you're always aware that baby's water is at a safe serving temperature.

This new and improved bottle design keeps 750mls of sterilised water warm for up to 12 hours, perfect whether you are travelling, on the go, or at home for overnight feeds.

To Use:

  1. Fill the Neuwborne thermos bottle with 250ml of boiling sterilised water

  2. Fill the Neuwborne thermos bottle with 500ml of cool sterilised water
    (Plan ahead to allow the boiling water enough time to cool)

  3. Screw the smart lid back on the bottle and flip the bottle upside down for 10 seconds to activate the smart lid's thermometer

  4. Turn the bottle right side up and swipe the smart lid to show the safety light and LED temperature reading - the safety light should be green, and the temperature reading between 30-45 degrees, indicating the water is at a safe serving temperature

  5. Please note - the above recommended measuring guide ensures the water is as warm as possible when first filling the Neuwborne bottle whilst still keeping within the safe green light range - following this guide will ensure that the water will stay warm for 12 hours


Care:

  • Hand wash the bottle with warm, soapy water and rinse thoroughly
  • The smart lid on the Neuwborne Bottle is fully waterproof and can be safely cleaned with warm, soapy water and rinsed under running water
  • To sterilise, fill the bottle with boiling water and let it sit for one minute - ensure the smart lid is removed during this process, as boiling water may damage the lid's internal components
  • Use for water only - do not place breastmilk or formula in the bottle
  • Never place the bottle or smart lid in the dishwasher, as they are not dishwasher safe


Note:
The Neuwborne Bottle is designed for water only and is not suitable for storing breast milk. The Neuwborne Milk Warmer Pro (available separately) is designed specifically for breast milk, as well as formula, water, or cow’s milk.

We offer FREE local delivery on orders over $75 across Newcastle and Lake Macquarie.

To ensure we can continue providing a fast and reliable service as demand grows, local deliveries are now fulfilled via either:

In stock items are delivered within 1–2 business days.

This updated approach allows us to group deliveries by area - helping us get your order to you as efficiently as possible.

Our Newcastle Delivery area is south to Swansea, north to Stockton and west to Toronto.

Delivery Terms

  • Orders ship within 1-2 business days from when payment is received
  • If there is an issue with any items in your order, we will contact you via email or text, prior to dispatch
  • An email update will be sent once your package has been dispatched
  • Australia Post packages will contain a tracking number to track the delivery
  • babytaxi deliveries will not have a tracking number/reference, but will be delivered in the afternoon, after store closing time (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you have submitted with the order - we cannot be held responsible if that delivery address is incorrect.
  • Any orders returned to us, due to an incorrect delivery address or unclaimed through the post office, will be refunded for the product component only.
Return Options


If for any reason a product is unsuitable, please return the item within 30 days and we will provide an exchange or refund of the purchase price. Postage and handling charges are not refundable.

To return or exchange an item, please contact us via email at sales@babyshop.com.au with the following information when requesting to return an item:

- Order number
- Product name
- Reason for return
- Return for replacement, exchange or refund

We will provide you with return instructions for where to send the package.

All returned products must be in their original sale condition (unused or soiled) with all packaging, tags, labels, manuals and registration cards still attached and included.

Please ensure that returned products are repackaged with care, so that they are in a suitable condition to be re-sold.

Returns of purchases made in store must have a receipt if a refund is required. If no receipt is provided, proof of purchase from our store is required, and an exchange only will be offered.

Please note, there are several types of goods that are exempt from being returned:

- Perishable goods (e.g. food)
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Health or personal care items (especially if they have been opened or unsealed)
- Gift cards/vouchers
- Books, CDs, DVDs (which have been unsealed or show obvious signs of use)

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if items are returned used, soiled or damaged.

Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment.

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us and we will provide separate instructions for return, refund or replacement. Please email sales@babyshop.com.au for details before sending the product back to us, as some manufacturers may prefer to deal directly with the customer for their quality control and warranty purposes.
