Soft, cuddly and flat, the FLATOUTbear baby is made of 100% pure Australian sheepskin, and shaped like a cute tiny teddy bear - a miniature version of the classic FLATOUTbear, it is handbag sized and pocket sized.

The natural, plush and luxurious FLATOUTbear is a unique baby and children’s comforter, which will fast become a well loved member of the family.

Includes a ‘please phone home’ stitched in label, with room for your phone number.

Care:

The FLATOUTbear does NOT need to be washed before use.

The sheepskin used to make the FLATOUTbear is the hide of the sheep with the fleece intact - it is a natural product and should be treated with love and care.

The natural lanolin in the sheepskin keeps the wool soft, has self-cleaning properties, is anti-bacterial and repels water, therefore the FLATOUTbear does not need to be washed frequently.

The sheepskin of the bear can be affected by constant washing and the texture of the wool can change, please take this into consideration before washing.

In order to prolong the life of the FLATOUTbear, spot clean any significant marks or stains and only wash if it is really dirty, following the detailed washing instructions.

Australia Wide Delivery

babyshop provides Flat Rate delivery ($9.95) Australia wide, from Newcastle NSW via Australia Post. babyshop offers FREE DELIVERY for all orders over $150.00.

Orders for 'In Stock' items are dispatched the day of receipt (business days only) where the order is received by us with payment before 3pm AEDT.

Once your order has been dispatched, regular Australia Post delivery times apply.

If you need to receive your order by a particular date, please email us at sales@babyshop.com.au and we will confirm if this is possible.



International Delivery

babyshop is currently only shipping within Australia, and is not providing International Shipping.

Return Options


If for any reason a product is unsuitable, please return the item within 30 days and we will provide an exchange or refund of the purchase price. Postage and handling charges are not refundable.

To return or exchange an item, please contact us via email at sales@babyshop.com.au with the following information when requesting to return an item:

- Order number
- Product name
- Reason for return
- Return for replacement, exchange or refund

We will provide you with return instructions for where to send the package.

All returned products must be in their original sale condition (unused or soiled) with all packaging, tags, labels, manuals and registration cards still attached and included.

Please ensure that returned products are repackaged with care, so that they are in a suitable condition to be re-sold.

Returns of purchases made in store must have a receipt if a refund is required. If no receipt is provided, proof of purchase from our store is required, and an exchange only will be offered.

Please note, there are several types of goods that are exempt from being returned:

- Perishable goods (e.g. food)
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Health or personal care items (especially if they have been opened or unsealed)
- Gift cards/vouchers
- Books, CDs, DVDs (which have been unsealed or show obvious signs of use)

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if items are returned used, soiled or damaged.

Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment.

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us and we will provide separate instructions for return, refund or replacement. Please email sales@babyshop.com.au for details before sending the product back to us, as some manufacturers may prefer to deal directly with the customer for their quality control and warranty purposes.
