The Buddy is a silicone breastfeeding aid designed to sit under your bust, lifting the breast and nipple into the optimal feeding position.
The Buddy provides enhanced support, relieving stress on the breast tissue and supporting muscles, whilst improving posture and freeing up a hand whilst feeding baby.

Sizing:
The Buddy comes in three different sizes to cater for all breast shapes and sizes.
Use your current bra cup size and unaided nipple elevation along with the sizing chart image, to help determine the best size Buddy for you
Note - breast sizes and shapes can change during a single feeding session and they can also change significantly throughout your feeding journey

Small - Hot Pink (usually suits bra cup sizes between A and D)

How to use the Buddy:
- Lift up your breast
- Find the line that separates the bottom of the breast tissue and your torso
Place the Buddy just below the fold, against your torso
- Lower your breast on top the Buddy
- The Buddy’s silicone outer should stick to your skin unaided from the friction generated between the underside of your breast tissue and your torso
Heating and cooling:
Due to its silicone composition, The Buddy can tolerate both high and low temperatures - it can either be cooled down in the fridge or freezer, or warmed up in the microwave.
For standard household microwaves of between 800 to 1000 watts, it's recommended to warm the Buddy in 30 second intervals to the desired temperature.
Tips and tricks:
- Make sure the Buddy doesn’t touch your areola / nipple area, as this may impact baby’s latch
- For best results, make sure the Buddy and your skin are dry
Care:
- Best washed under running water - cold, warm or boiling water
- Can be cleaned in a steriliser (both UV and steam)
- Dry Buddy and keep in the cotton canvas drawstring pouch provided for protection
