To ensure we can continue providing a fast and reliable service as demand grows, local deliveries are now fulfilled via either:

This updated approach allows us to group deliveries by area - helping us get your order to you as efficiently as possible.
Our Newcastle Delivery area is south to Swansea, north to Stockton and west to Toronto.

A discounted flat rate delivery fee of $6.95 will apply for local orders less than $75.00, within the postcode range 2280 - 2309.

We provides a flat rate delivery of $9.95 Australia wide, via Australia Post, with FREE DELIVERY for all orders over $150.00.
In-stock items ship within 1–2 business days.
Once your order has been dispatched, regular Australia Post delivery times apply.

Delivery Terms
- Orders ship within 1-2 business days from when payment is received
- If there is an issue with any items in your order, we will contact you via email or text, prior to dispatch
- An email update will be sent once your package has been dispatched
- Australia Post packages will contain a tracking number to track the delivery

babytaxi deliveries will not have a tracking number/reference, but will be delivered in the afternoon, after store closing time (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you have submitted with the order - we cannot be held responsible if that delivery address is incorrect.
- Any orders returned to us, due to an incorrect delivery address or unclaimed through the post office, will be refunded for the product component only.
