Description

Subo is the world’s first non-squeeze food bottle, allowing children as young as six months to feed themselves independently, without the risk of a mess.

The Food Bottle allows parents to feed their children on the go, in the pram or car seat, without the worry of having to clean up a mess. 

Subo is best for foods like - pureed fruits, mashed veggies, yogurt, smoothies, soft cereals, oats/porridge, jelly, custard, apple sauce, mousse, tinned beans, tinned spaghetti and more!

Age Suitability:

The 210ml Food Bottle is designed with adjustable volume, allowing for smaller portion sizes. It comes with the original spout, featuring a 12mm opening, which is ideal for thicker textures and older children.  

For children under 2 years old or thinner liquids, Subo recommend using the 5mm straw spout (available separately) in addition to the standard one.


Care:

  • Take apart Subo - you should have 7 separate parts
  • Put them in warm soapy water and wash with a cloth or bottle brush
  • Wash the product thoroughly in warm soapy water before using for the first time and after every use
  • Dry each component thoroughly after washing 
  • A bottle brush is suggested for hand washing
  • Do not clean in the dishwasher, boiling water or microwave

To ensure we can continue providing a fast and reliable service as demand grows, local deliveries are now fulfilled via either:

In stock items are delivered within 1–2 business days.

This updated approach allows us to group deliveries by area - helping us get your order to you as efficiently as possible.

Our Newcastle Delivery area is south to Swansea, north to Stockton and west to Toronto.

Delivery Terms

  • Orders ship within 1-2 business days from when payment is received
  • If there is an issue with any items in your order, we will contact you via email or text, prior to dispatch
  • An email update will be sent once your package has been dispatched
  • Australia Post packages will contain a tracking number to track the delivery
  • babytaxi deliveries will not have a tracking number/reference, but will be delivered in the afternoon, after store closing time (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you have submitted with the order - we cannot be held responsible if that delivery address is incorrect.
  • Any orders returned to us, due to an incorrect delivery address or unclaimed through the post office, will be refunded for the product component only.
Return Options


If for any reason a product is unsuitable, please return the item within 30 days and we will provide an exchange or refund of the purchase price. Postage and handling charges are not refundable.

To return or exchange an item, please contact us via email at sales@babyshop.com.au with the following information when requesting to return an item:

- Order number
- Product name
- Reason for return
- Return for replacement, exchange or refund

We will provide you with return instructions for where to send the package.

All returned products must be in their original sale condition (unused or soiled) with all packaging, tags, labels, manuals and registration cards still attached and included.

Please ensure that returned products are repackaged with care, so that they are in a suitable condition to be re-sold.

Returns of purchases made in store must have a receipt if a refund is required. If no receipt is provided, proof of purchase from our store is required, and an exchange only will be offered.

Please note, there are several types of goods that are exempt from being returned:

- Perishable goods (e.g. food)
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Health or personal care items (especially if they have been opened or unsealed)
- Gift cards/vouchers
- Books, CDs, DVDs (which have been unsealed or show obvious signs of use)

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if items are returned used, soiled or damaged.

Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment.

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us and we will provide separate instructions for return, refund or replacement. Please email sales@babyshop.com.au for details before sending the product back to us, as some manufacturers may prefer to deal directly with the customer for their quality control and warranty purposes.
