The Ice Ice Booby Remedial Perineal Ice & Heat Packs are designed to help provide soothing relief and comfort during postpartum recovery.

These specially shaped packs are made to sit comfortably inside your underwear, offering targeted support to the perineal area following childbirth. Used as cold therapy, they can help reduce swelling, inflammation and tenderness in the first days after birth. When warmed, the packs can also provide gentle heat therapy to help relax the surrounding tissues during labour or before antenatal perineal massage.

Reusable, flexible and easy to use, these perineal packs are a practical recovery essential for new mums navigating the early postpartum period.

To Use:

Cold Therapy (Postpartum Relief)

  • Place the packs in the freezer until chilled or frozen, ensuring the gel beads are evenly distributed
  • For hygiene and skin protection, wrap the pack in tissue paper, a maternity pad or soft barrier before placing inside underwear
  • Apply for up to 20 minutes at a time to help reduce swelling and discomfort
  • Packs may be used repeatedly as needed (20 minutes on / 40 minutes off)

Heat Therapy (Labour or Preparation)

  • Packs can be warmed in the microwave or hot water to provide soothing heat therapy
  • Warm packs may be used during the second stage of labour or prior to antenatal perineal massage to help encourage relaxation of the surrounding tissues

Note - Always check the temperature before applying to the skin


Care:

  • Wash packs after each use using warm soapy water
  • Rinse thoroughly with cold water
  • Allow to air dry completely before storing
  • Store in a clean container between uses to maintain hygiene and product integrity

Delivery Terms

  • Orders ship within 1-2 business days from when payment is received
  • If there is an issue with any items in your order, we will contact you via email or text, prior to dispatch
  • An email update will be sent once your package has been dispatched
  • Australia Post packages will contain a tracking number to track the delivery
  • babytaxi deliveries will not have a tracking number/reference, but will be delivered in the afternoon, after store closing time (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you have submitted with the order - we cannot be held responsible if that delivery address is incorrect.
  • Any orders returned to us, due to an incorrect delivery address or unclaimed through the post office, will be refunded for the product component only.
Return Options


If for any reason a product is unsuitable, please return the item within 30 days and we will provide an exchange or refund of the purchase price. Postage and handling charges are not refundable.

To return or exchange an item, please contact us via email at sales@babyshop.com.au with the following information when requesting to return an item:

- Reason for return
- Return for replacement, exchange or refund

We will provide you with return instructions for where to send the package.

All returned products must be in their original sale condition (unused or soiled) with all packaging, tags, labels, manuals and registration cards still attached and included.

Please ensure that returned products are repackaged with care, so that they are in a suitable condition to be re-sold.

Returns of purchases made in store must have a receipt if a refund is required. If no receipt is provided, proof of purchase from our store is required, and an exchange only will be offered.

Please note, there are several types of goods that are exempt from being returned:

- Perishable goods (e.g. food)
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Health or personal care items (especially if they have been opened or unsealed)
- Gift cards/vouchers
- Books, CDs, DVDs (which have been unsealed or show obvious signs of use)

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if items are returned used, soiled or damaged.

Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment.
