These specially designed breast packs can be used for both hot and cold therapy, helping to ease breast tenderness, reduce swelling and support comfort while breastfeeding. Cold therapy can help calm inflammation and soreness associated with engorgement, mastitis and blocked milk ducts, while heat therapy can assist with encouraging milk flow and stimulating the let-down reflex before feeding or expressing.

To Use:

Cold Therapy (Breasts)

• Place packs in the freezer until chilled or frozen, ensuring gel beads are evenly distributed
• Always place the protective cover or a barrier between the pack and your skin
• Apply to the breast for up to 20 minutes to help reduce swelling and discomfort
• Ideal for use between feeds or after breastfeeding to relieve engorgement, mastitis or blocked ducts
• Packs can be reused hourly if required (20 minutes on / 40 minutes off)

Heat Therapy (Breasts)

Heat therapy can be used before feeding or expressing to help stimulate milk flow and support the let-down reflex

• Heat gently in the microwave following recommended instructions, checking temperature before use
• Place around the breast using the provided protective cover

Care:

• Wash packs after each use with warm soapy water
• Rinse thoroughly with cold water
• Allow to air dry before storing
• Wash breast covers in a gentle machine cycle when needed
• Store packs in a clean container between uses to maintain hygiene and quality

Safety:

• Always check temperature before applying to skin
• Do not apply directly to skin — use the protective cover or barrier
• Do not overheat in microwave or hot water
• Do not use in a conventional oven
• Discontinue use if the pack becomes damaged, leaking or punctured
