This Ice Ice Booby Ice and Heat Packs - Complete Pack is designed to provide soothing relief for common discomforts experienced during pregnancy, breastfeeding and postpartum recovery.

This versatile set includes specially designed packs that can be used as both hot and cold therapy, helping to ease breast tenderness, reduce swelling and support healing after childbirth. Cold therapy can help relieve pain and inflammation associated with breastfeeding challenges such as engorgement, mastitis and blocked ducts, while heat therapy can help encourage milk flow and assist with the let-down reflex before feeding.

The perineal pack is shaped to sit comfortably in your underwear, helping soothe soreness, swelling and discomfort in the days following birth. It can also be used warm during labour or prior to antenatal perineal massage to help encourage relaxation and flexibility in the surrounding tissues.

To Use:

Cold Therapy (Breasts or Perineal Area)

• Place the pack in the freezer until chilled or frozen, ensuring the gel beads are evenly distributed
• Always place a protective barrier between the pack and skin (use the breast cover, tissue or maternity pad)
• Apply for up to 20 minutes at a time to help reduce swelling and discomfort
• Can be used between feeds or after breastfeeding to help relieve engorgement, mastitis or blocked ducts
• Packs may be reused hourly if required (20 minutes on / 40 minutes off)

Heat Therapy (Breasts)

Heat may be applied before feeding or expressing to help encourage milk flow and assist with the let-down reflex.

Perineal Pack Use

• Freeze for cooling relief after childbirth
• Can also be warmed for use during second stage labour or prior to antenatal perineal massage

Care:

• Wash packs after each use using warm soapy water
• Rinse thoroughly with cold water
• Allow to dry before storing
• Wash breast covers in a gentle machine cycle when required
• Store packs in a clean plastic container between uses to maintain hygiene and quality

• Always check temperature before applying to skin
• Do not place directly on skin - use a protective barrier or cover
• Do not overheat in microwave or hot water
• Do not use in a conventional oven
• Discontinue use if the pack becomes damaged, leaking or punctured
