Description

Any Hegen bottle/storage container can be easily converted into a feeding bottle, by attaching this Collar + Transparent Cover onto the container.

Pair the Collar + Transparent Cover with a Hegen Feeding Bottle Teat of your flow choice (available separately) for a hassle-free conversion when it comes to feeding.

Materials:

  • Polypropylene (PP)


Assembly Instructions:

  • To remove transparent cover - with the Hegen logo on the Collar facing you, push the Transparent Cover backwards (away from you) to open

  • To assemble teat into collar - 
    Step 1: Gently squeeze the anti-colic air vent to ensure it is open
    Step 2: Place the Collar over the Teat
    Step 3: Pull the Teat through the Collar until it is snugly fitted

Tip: Press on all four sides to ensure the Teat is fully secured - use the Transparent Cover for hygiene purposes.


Care:

  • Before first use, dissemble all parts of the crown and wash with undiluted baby bottle detergent and rinse in clean water thoroughly before sterilising

  • PP parts are only able to withstand up to 110°C - please check that any steriliser does not exceed the above temperature range

  • For safety and hygiene reasons, it is international standard recommendation to replace feeding bottles, collars and storage lids every 6 months or if there are any signs of wear and tear

babyshop offers FREE DELIVERY throughout Newcastle and Lake Macquarie in our babytaxi.

babytaxi delivery is same day (Monday-Friday) when your order is received by us with payment before 3pm AEST.

Our Newcastle Delivery area is south to Swansea, north to Stockton and west to Toronto, with no minimum order value required for free delivery.

There is no need to enter a special promotional code, choose the shipping method 'Newcastle NSW Delivery' at checkout, for orders within the postcode range 2280 - 2309 to receive FREE delivery.

babytaxi deliveries will not have a tracking number/reference, but will be delivered in the afternoon, after store closing time.



Australia Wide Delivery


babyshop provides Flat Rate delivery ($9.95) Australia wide, from Newcastle NSW via Australia Post. babyshop offers FREE DELIVERY for all orders over $150.00.

Orders for 'In Stock' items are dispatched the day of receipt (business days only) where the order is received by us with payment before 3pm AEST.

Once your order has been dispatched, regular Australia Post delivery times apply.

If you need to receive your order by a particular date, please email us at sales@babyshop.com.au and we will confirm if this is possible.



International Delivery

babyshop can deliver to select international countries.

To enquire if we are able to deliver to your country, and for international shipping and insurance rates, please e-mail us at sales@babyshop.com.au and we will quote you on the cost of shipping to your country.

International shipping is not currently an available option for ordering via our website.

Please keep in mind that postage overseas can be quite expensive for heavy items (such as bedding and linen) and some items are too large to be sent overseas.

Return Options

If for any reason a product is unsuitable, please return the item within 30 days and we will provide an exchange or refund of the purchase price. Postage and handling charges are not refundable.

To return or exchange an item, please contact us via email at sales@babyshop.com.au with the following information when requesting to return an item:

- Order number
- Product name
- Reason for return
- Return for replacement, exchange or refund

We will provide you with a Return Authorisation Number (RAN#) and instructions for where to send the package.

All returned products must be in their original sale condition (unused or soiled) with all packaging, tags, labels, manuals and registration cards still attached and included.

Please ensure that returned products are repackaged with care, so that they are in a suitable condition to be re-sold.

Returns of purchases made in store must have a receipt if a refund is required. If no receipt is provided, proof of purchase from our store is required, and an exchange only will be offered.

Please note, there are several types of goods that are exempt from being returned:

- Perishable goods (e.g. food)
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Health or personal care items (especially if they have been opened or unsealed)
- Gift cards/vouchers
- Books, CDs, DVDs (which have been unsealed or show obvious signs of use)

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if items are returned used, soiled or damaged.

Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment.

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us and we will provide separate instructions for return, refund or replacement.
Please email sales@babyshop.com.au for details before sending the product back to us, as some manufacturers may prefer to deal directly with the customer for their quality control and warranty purposes.
