Description

The Haakaa Silicone Breast Pump is a compact silicone pump that is perfect for expressing discreetly, silently and quickly, or for catching milk from letdown or leaking of the opposite breast whilst feeding.

Made from 100% food grade silicone, simply suction to the breast and let the pump do the work, as it draws out milk using suction. The pump is any easy and simple way to express breast milk and is perfect for long distance trips, planes, car rides or other outings. 

This combo includes a 150ml Silicone Breast Pump with a suction base, that sticks to flat surfaces, as well as a white Silicone Flower Stopper, that sits in the neck of any Haakaa silicone breast pump.

How to Use:

  1. Sterilise the pump by boiling in water for 3-5 minutes
  2. Place the pump flange over the nipple – make sure the nipple is centred comfortably in the neck of the pump
  3. Apply suction – you may need to adjust the position of the pump a couple of times. Once the pump is secure and comfortable, apply suction by squeezing the base of the pump to start the flow of milk
  4.  Simply leave the pump alone once milk begins to flow
  5. When the pump is full, empty into a storage bottle or container
  6. If the flow of milk slows or you've expressed the desired amount, stick the suction base to a flat surface while you finish feeding

Care:

  • Clean after each use
  • Haakaa strongly recommend cleaning and sterilising the Haakaa Breast Pump with any steam sterilising system or by boiling in water for 3-5 minutes
  • Do not use any bleach-based agents or sterilising tablets to clean this product
  • Do not use UV sterilisers to clean this product as it may impact the lifespan of the pump


Caution:

  • Check product condition regularly, replace if the product shows any signs of damage
  • Do not store near any sharp objects
  • Only soft bristle brushes or soft sponges should be used to clean this product as hard scourers may scratch the surface
  • Exposure to detergent may make the silicone in this product appear cloudy
  • This product is not a toy, adult supervision is required
  • Do not use this product for anything other than its intended use
  • Store product in a cool, dry place and avoid direct sunlight

To ensure we can continue providing a fast and reliable service as demand grows, local deliveries are now fulfilled via either:

In stock items are delivered within 1–2 business days.

This updated approach allows us to group deliveries by area - helping us get your order to you as efficiently as possible.

Our Newcastle Delivery area is south to Swansea, north to Stockton and west to Toronto.

Delivery Terms

  • Orders ship within 1-2 business days from when payment is received
  • If there is an issue with any items in your order, we will contact you via email or text, prior to dispatch
  • An email update will be sent once your package has been dispatched
  • Australia Post packages will contain a tracking number to track the delivery
  • babytaxi deliveries will not have a tracking number/reference, but will be delivered in the afternoon, after store closing time (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you have submitted with the order - we cannot be held responsible if that delivery address is incorrect.
  • Any orders returned to us, due to an incorrect delivery address or unclaimed through the post office, will be refunded for the product component only.
Return Options


If for any reason a product is unsuitable, please return the item within 30 days and we will provide an exchange or refund of the purchase price. Postage and handling charges are not refundable.

To return or exchange an item, please contact us via email at sales@babyshop.com.au with the following information when requesting to return an item:

- Order number
- Product name
- Reason for return
- Return for replacement, exchange or refund

We will provide you with return instructions for where to send the package.

All returned products must be in their original sale condition (unused or soiled) with all packaging, tags, labels, manuals and registration cards still attached and included.

Please ensure that returned products are repackaged with care, so that they are in a suitable condition to be re-sold.

Returns of purchases made in store must have a receipt if a refund is required. If no receipt is provided, proof of purchase from our store is required, and an exchange only will be offered.

Please note, there are several types of goods that are exempt from being returned:

- Perishable goods (e.g. food)
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Health or personal care items (especially if they have been opened or unsealed)
- Gift cards/vouchers
- Books, CDs, DVDs (which have been unsealed or show obvious signs of use)

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if items are returned used, soiled or damaged.

Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment.

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us and we will provide separate instructions for return, refund or replacement. Please email sales@babyshop.com.au for details before sending the product back to us, as some manufacturers may prefer to deal directly with the customer for their quality control and warranty purposes.
