Flange Size:

A breast pump flange is the funnel-shaped piece that fits over the nipple and areola during pumping. It creates a seal around the breast, allowing the pump to extract milk effectively. Choosing the correct flange size is essential to ensure proper milk flow and prevent discomfort or nipple damage.

To help you determine the correct flange size:

  1. Measure your nipple diameter
    Using a ruler, measure the diameter of your nipple at its base (see image)

  2. Add 2mm to your nipple diameter measurement
    To allow for comfortable movement and prevent nipple rubbing

  3. Choose the closest flange size
    Compare your adjusted measurement to the available flange sizes and select the one that is closest in size.


The 24mm flange size/shield comes with each breast pump.

Additional flanges are available separately, either as a kit or in pairs - 


Care:

  • Wash hands thoroughly
  • Fill a pot with enough water to cover all parts (excluding motor) and bring water to a boil - place parts in boiling water for 5-10 minutes
  • Allow water to cool and gently remove parts from water with tongs
  • Place parts on a clean surface and / or towel
  • Allow all parts to air dry

Australia Wide Delivery

babyshop provides Flat Rate delivery ($9.95) Australia wide, from Newcastle NSW via Australia Post. babyshop offers FREE DELIVERY for all orders over $150.00.

Orders for 'In Stock' items are dispatched the day of receipt (business days only) where the order is received by us with payment before 3pm AEDT.

Once your order has been dispatched, regular Australia Post delivery times apply.

If you need to receive your order by a particular date, please email us at sales@babyshop.com.au and we will confirm if this is possible.



International Delivery

babyshop is currently only shipping within Australia, and is not providing International Shipping.

Return Options


If for any reason a product is unsuitable, please return the item within 30 days and we will provide an exchange or refund of the purchase price. Postage and handling charges are not refundable.

To return or exchange an item, please contact us via email at sales@babyshop.com.au with the following information when requesting to return an item:

- Order number
- Product name
- Reason for return
- Return for replacement, exchange or refund

We will provide you with return instructions for where to send the package.

All returned products must be in their original sale condition (unused or soiled) with all packaging, tags, labels, manuals and registration cards still attached and included.

Please ensure that returned products are repackaged with care, so that they are in a suitable condition to be re-sold.

Returns of purchases made in store must have a receipt if a refund is required. If no receipt is provided, proof of purchase from our store is required, and an exchange only will be offered.

Please note, there are several types of goods that are exempt from being returned:

- Perishable goods (e.g. food)
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Health or personal care items (especially if they have been opened or unsealed)
- Gift cards/vouchers
- Books, CDs, DVDs (which have been unsealed or show obvious signs of use)

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if items are returned used, soiled or damaged.

Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment.

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us and we will provide separate instructions for return, refund or replacement. Please email sales@babyshop.com.au for details before sending the product back to us, as some manufacturers may prefer to deal directly with the customer for their quality control and warranty purposes.
