COVID 19 - DELIVERY AND TRADING UPDATE
To ensure that you can still receive baby products and necessities during this time, we are continuing to offer our free babytaxi local delivery throughout Newcastle and Lake Macquarie.
We are committed to the processing and daily dispatch (Monday to Friday) of all orders, both locally via our babytaxi or Australia Wide with Australia Post.
For same day dispatch of all orders, please ensure that your order is placed either online or by phone 1800 222 437 no later than 3pm each day, so that we are able to meet Australia Post temporary/amended cut-off times.
For your convenience we offer in store pickup as an option for online purchases.
Pick-up is available in our Adamstown (Newcastle NSW) store between 9.30am - 4.30pm, Monday to Friday and 10.00am - 1.00pm Saturday.
Australia Post are currently experiencing delivery delays, due to the high volume of parcels in their network - these delays can add a few extra business days to standard delivery times.

We are a small family business and Rob is currently available in store as well as processing all orders. He is both healthy and taking every pre-caution to ensure your orders are being handled in a clean and safe environment.
Due to safe distancing requirements, and for the health and safety of both our staff and customers, we are currently unable to provide fitting and try-on assistance for any babywearing products.
We can still demonstrate each style of carrier, whilst maintaining a 1.5m distance, explaining the features and benefits of different types of slings and baby carriers, and how they should be worn safely to ensure the health and wellbeing of both parent and child.
