Q. Is my credit card information secure?

Yes, the babyshop website securely encypts all data submitted when placing an order, to ensure that you can shop with complete confidence.

Our shopping cart uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to ensure your shopping experience is safe and secure at all times.
SSL encrypts all information passed from you directly to our order department. No unauthorised parties can see any of the information that you transmit.

You will know when transmitted data is safe by the appearance of a secure icon at the bottom of the page. For Netscape, this is a "key" icon; for Microsoft Internet Explorer, a "padlock" icon. A secure web page can also be identified by the address: they begin with "https://", while standard pages begin with "http://".

We do not store your credit card information on the web server. Once your order has been processed, all details are deleted from the web server.

The information we collect as part of a purchase is used for the sole purpose of processing your order, and is protected by our secure server. Your information is not shared with any other organisations for commercial or other purposes.
